The Department of the Corporation Counsel (COR), Administrative Services Division, is looking for a part-time (20 hrs/week) Messenger in Honolulu to collect, sort, route and deliver documents, communications, reports and other items; run errands; assist in routine office work; and perform other related duties as needed. What You Will Do Deliver and/or pick up documents and other items that involves extensive walking or driving a City Motorpool vehicle. File documents with the various courts in the downtown Honolulu area by obtaining signatures of judges on documents and filing documents with court filing clerks. Assist in filing paid invoices, depositing checks and maintaining an inventory of office supplies. Prepare boxes of documents for scanning and transport the boxes to/from the scanning facility.
