Do you know granite inside and out? Are you the person everyone on the shop floor looks to when things need to get done right? We are looking for an experienced Production Lead for our granite shop at Oliver Kitchen and Bath.
We are a 30-year cabinet and countertop distributor serving builders and homeowners across the Lowcountry SC and Coastal GA markets. Our granite shop is growing and we need a strong leader to help us keep up with demand and maintain the quality our customers expect.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Lead day-to-day production in the granite shop
Oversee fabrication, templating, and quality control
Keep the shop running on schedule and up to standard
Train and mentor shop team members
Communicate with management on job status and production flow
Ensure safety standards are followed at all times
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience in granite or stone fabrication — you know this trade
Leadership ability — you can direct a team and hold the standard
Someone who takes pride in their work and owns their results
Reliable, professional, and ready to grow with us
WHAT WE OFFER:
Up to $35.00 per hour — negotiable based on experience
Full time — Monday through Friday | Weekends as needed
