Durational Credible MessengerThe Durational Credible Messenger program is a community-based mentoring approach where individuals with shared lived experiences, particularly those with past involvement in the justice system, mentor and support high risk young people aged 13-18. This program leverages the Messenger's credibility and understanding of the community to foster positive change in the mentee.The Durational Credible Messenger provides guidance, support, and role-modeling to help youth navigate challenges, develop positive behaviors, and make healthier choices. They will hold a caseload of three to four youth and families and provide intensive monitoring, facilitate skill-building lessons, empowering families and provide advocacy.Schedule & Rate of Pay:Monday-Friday 40 hours per week9:00am-5:00pmRate of pay is $21.22 per hourThis is a duration position, meaning the position would end after its duration has concluded.
